Designed by the silver quartzite specialist team and created with the aim to relax and rejuvenate the mind and body, the Urstein massage practise involves the use of silver quartzite, a heated stone that is guided over the body in circulatory movements, applying pressure on certain energy points to release tension and stimulate the detox function of your body.

The high content of silica in the silver quartzite stone is well known to have healing powers which Tannenhof therapists use to treat the head, neck and shoulders to loosen muscles, tighten the tissue and strengthen bones, applying lavender and juniper essential oils to enhance the experience.
